Order Tracking:

Lost or Damaged Packages:

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Just Loose. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns:

  • You may return unworn and unwashed items within 7 days of receiving.

  • Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • FOR ALL RETURN ORDERS, REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF A CREDIT NOTE ONCE QUALITY CHECK ON THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN APPROVED. THIS CREDIT NOTE CAN BE USED IN EXCHNAGE OR WHILE PLACING YOUR FUTURE ORDER.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at [justlooseyourslf@gmail.com] with your order number and details of the item you would like to exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will process it as a return.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Refunds:

  • Refunds in the form of CREDIT NOTE will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items:
